Can You Print From MailChimp?

 One of the most common questions we get from clients is, "Can you print from Mailchimp?" The answer depends on what you want to do. MailChimp has a feature that allows you to upload a PDF document for your newsletter. However, most of the content should be kept in the body of the email.

If you want to print the newsletter, you can do so by selecting "Print" from the toolbar. From here, you can select a printer, and then click "Save as PDF." The email will be printed and you can share it with colleagues. You can also download the PDF file as a PDF, or view it online.

MailChimp also allows you to send paper letters and PDF attachments. If you have some people who are unable to read PDF files, you can choose to send them paper letters instead. Some people don't mind receiving PDF files. If you're concerned about data transfer, you can contact Mailchimp's Privacy Team.

You can also print a version of an email campaign from your Mailchimp account if you've archived it. Follow the instructions in the article titled "Find Your Sent Email Campaigns" to find the archived version. Alternatively, you can open the archived email campaign using the CTRL+P keyboard shortcut. Then, select "Print" or "Save As PDF." Depending on your browser, you can also choose whether to save the email as a PDF or a.pdf document.
